Presentation Skills and Handling Objections during a presentation
One day course
Cost: £295 per delegate
Having presentation skills and being confident in public speaking will increase your career opportunities, as delivering professional presentations to clients and business partners is becoming an essential part of today’s business world
The course includes:
- Getting the appointment – Delegates will learn the benefits of an appointment and also how to ensure you are meeting the decision maker.
- Preparation for a successful presentation – How to prepare both mentally and physically.
- What makes a good presenter – We will explore the use of body language and voice control, also how to inject some humour appropriately.
- Using visual aids – How to use Power Point and other presentation programmes appropriately.
- Overcoming objections during the presentation and understanding the reasons for the objection.
- Summing up – Tell them what you’re going to tell them, tell them, then tell them what you told them!
- Closing a presentation and walking away with the sale.
Essential Selling Skills
Two day course
Cost: £450 per delegate
Suitable for delegates with little or no sales experience. As a delegate on this two day course you will be given all the essential skills that you need to have a successful career in sales. Course will include:
- Preparation – what needs to be done before contacting the client, including generating the right leads and becoming the expert in your market.
- Introduction – including getting past the gate keeper and gaining credibility.
- Fact find – delegates will learn active questioning and listening skills whilst identifying any problems.
- Presenting – with the knowledge you have gained about your clients, delegates will learn how to effectively present their products/services so that it meets the clients needs and solves their problems.
- Overcoming objections – objection prevention and identifying the ‘real’ objection.
- Closing – delegates will learn how to advance the sale and gain commitment and confirmation from clients.

Introduction to Online Sales
One day course

Suitable for delegates who have little or no experience of selling online. The objective of this course is to de-mystify digital revenue streams and give all delegates confidence to effectively sell this media to their clients. Course will include:
