We have worked within the pressured sales environment for many years and have seen first hand the problems that have arisen when staff feel undervalued and de-motivated. We believe that training, development and investment in people are key to any successful business. Training needs to be relevant, flexible and affordable whilst fitting in around the busy, professional commitments of our delegates.
Emma Mountjoy
For the last 19 years, Emma has enjoyed a happy and successful career in frontline sales, business development and account management. During this time Emma has gained an expert understanding of sales processes and the fine workings of client/executive relationships that is essential for business growth and success.
Emma is outgoing and professional and has the ability to share her enthusiasm for both sales and customer service professions.
With a background of customer service, business development and international multi-media sales, Emma has had experience of many diverse markets which places her perfectly to discus all aspects of sales with delegates.
Claire Bush
Claire has over 25 years experience in sales, coaching and sales management. She has worked in a variety of industries, but most recently as a commercial director in media sales. She has extensive experience in sales management and training of sales teams. She brings a wealth of both workplace and training room experience.
